Mainstream Swimsuits and A&H Sportswear Co. Acquire Multiple Brands from A.H. Schreiber

The sophistication and glamour of Badgley Mischka and modern styling of Longitude are now part of Longevity Brands, LLC, which is an affiliate of Mainstream Swimsuits, Inc. and A&H Sportswear Co., Inc. Longevity has acquired assets from several divisions of A.H. Schreiber Co. Incorporated’s missy swimwear portfolio. In addition to Longitude, the Robby Len and Beach Native labels have been acquired, as well as the licenses for Badgley Mischka and Delta Burke. “This acquisition unites two of the industry’s leading swimwear companies,” says Jack Waldman, Longevity’s president. “Mainstream is looking forward to expanding its presence in the industry and continuing towards its goal of providing cutting-edge design and first-class quality to a broad customer base.” To create a smooth integration and transition for each brand, Longevity will be working closely with the team at Mainstream. In addition, many of A.H. Schreiber’s top personnel from its design, merchandising and operational teams have been retained. Pennsylvania-based Mainstream Swimsuits, Inc. and A&H Spor tswear Co., Inc. are the manufacturers and distributors of swimwear brands including Miraclesuit, Magicsuit, Reebok, Penbrooke Swimsuits, Caribbean Joe, Real Tree and ECO SWIM by Aqua Green.
